All priority 1 and priority 2 issues have been fixed and therefore the site is considered to conform to the Double A standard of the W3C-WAI Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 and Level 2 of the W3C-WAI Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0

Bookings and cancellations by e-mail or electronic form are NOT considered valid unless you have received a reply via the telephone or a return e-mail confirming the booking. Bookings and cancellations for dates within the following 3 days MUST be confirmed via the telephone.
