Bilton Park Booking Enquiry Form

Please note that this is an enquiry form and not confirmation of a booking.

When we receive your enquiry you will be contacted by email to confirm availability. If you need to know sooner please phone 07957 565070.

Once you have confirmed that you wish to go ahead with the booking we will send you an invoice requesting a payment for the full amount. The payment details for a bank transfer or a cheque will be on the invoice. Unfortunately we can not accept card payments at this time.

Confirmation of your booking will be sent once your deposit has been received.

For BANK HOLIDAYS there is a minimum booking of 3 nights. For WEEKENDS there is a minimum booking of 2 nights (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday) unless prearranged. For single night bookings at weekends please phone us on the Thursday before the weekend date you require to check if there is any availability.

Please note booking is for 2 people with 1 car per pitch. Anything over this is chargeable. Extra cars may be required to park elsewhere on the site.

Opening under Covid-19 requirements

During these early stages of opening the park’s communal areas will not be open. This includes the toilet/showers, washing and drying facilities and pot wash and climbing frame. All our pitches have electric, water and drainage on the pitch, making it easier to use your own facilities.

We apologise that this is not the experience you have come to expect on the Park but we want to get this right for everyone and to do so we have to respect our guests and staff vulnerabilities and the demands that keeping the park safe puts on us all. We hope that you can bare with us during this phased opening. We are reviewing the situation constantly and hope to be back up to full service as soon as possible but until then we really appreciate your patronage and patience.

Refund Policy

Should you need to cancel your stay with us the following will apply.

When cancelling a booking up to 7 days before your arrival date (14 days before a Bank Holiday) your deposit will be returned minus a £5 administration charge.

The whole of the amount paid can be carried over to any future booking made in your name within a year of the original booking at no charge.

If your cancelation is within the 7 days prior to your arrival date (14 days prior to a Bank Holiday) unfortunately your deposit will be forfeited.

The full amount paid can be deferred to a future booking made in your name within a year of the original arrival date.

The decision to receive a refund or defer to a future booking must be made at the time of cancellation.

Site Rules

We only accept units that have confirmed bookings.

Please note that we are unable to accept card payments. Cash, Cheque and Bank Transfer only.

We are a holiday touring park. We do not accept any units involved in commercial activity. We do accept visitors attending the various Harrogate shows. Transit vans are not accepted.

For security reasons we do not accept the larger size caravans e.g. Hobby, Dethleffs, Fendt and others. Please contact us before arrival for confirmation.

A maximum of 2 dogs per unit is allowed. They must be kept on a lead (no longer than 2 metres) at all times whilst on the site and exercised off the site.

Access Statement

The park is grass with a gently slope. All roads are tarmac, parts with a gentle slope.

The toilet block is single story with wide doors. The outside door has a closure system which does exert some power. In the toilet block the Ladies and Gents each have toilets with their own wash basins. Also communal wash basins. A family wash room has toilet with support rails, shower and wash basin. Access to the toilet block is via a slightly sloping tarmac path.

A bus stop is some 15 minutes walk away with a 30 minute bus frequency. From the bus stop there is a hill to negotiate.

The reception / shop is accessed by four shallow steps.

A Quiet Life (a few simple rules)

A confirmed booking will assume you have read and agree to the above.

FINALLY

Please keep in mind the Ancient local by-law that bans washing, ironing and any kind of DIY activity. Leave any inclination to attempt these activities at home and give yourself permission to do absolutely nothing. The many walks and cycle paths around the site should stave off any feelings of guilt you might have about leaving the decorating of the living room for a few days.
